Has superb circular Paid Liverpool Col Packet 12 Oc '59 transit cancel in red. On reverse has cancels from Cobourg, Montreal & Dublin (wax seal exised on reverse). This cover was mailed during the Cents era (currency change was effective on 1 July, 1859). THE ONLY KNOWN COVER WITH THIS FRANKING. IT RANKS AS ONE OF THE MOST STUNNING PENCE COVERS MAILED TO THE UNITED KINGDOM. VF. Has 1995 BPA Certificate. A Provenance list of previous owners of this great cover accompanies.
