Stampless Free cover 30 Oct 1944 with corner card "Headquarters Fifth Army / Office of the Commanding General / APO 464, U.S. Army". Addr to Lincoln Nebraska & has been signed by famous WWII General "MARK W. CLARK" at the lower left. Has a photocopy of the signed letter that was originally inside. Gen Clark is replying to a 9 year boy who had sent him candy, etc. Mark Clark was one of the most famous American Generals during WWII and in 1945 became one of the youngest American officers promoted to the rank of a 4-Star General.
