380		Mengkiang, Collection of Unissued and Unauthorized Overprints, 1945, a neat little holding for the specialist, bright and fresh, comprising 22 different surcharges on Mengkiang (20) or North China (2) overprints, ranging from $1 on 2c (facial scuff) to $1 on 40c, most all unauthorized according to Chan; plus a group of ten Chan #JMUA//JMU13 including varieties such as #JMUA perforated/rouletted (Chan lists only as imperforate), 50c on 5c #JMU6 (possibly unauthorized), etc.; fresh and clean with the exception of the one noted above, with o.g. hinged to varying degrees; worth review, Fine to Very Fine with much better, fully imaged online.
