Dr. David Watt was a true devoted student of this issue. He extensively studied the stamps, and made his shade determinations by utilizing a color chart formed by famed expert Wilbur (Bill) Amonette. Watt's collection was sold November 2006, and this lot has remained untouched in all that time. This lot was lot 438 and the color chart was lot 439 in the Watt sale.
