Scott footnote reads, "No. OX4 is the so-called "Special Printing." It was produced from a new plate prepared from the original die. It received little usage, but at least two full panes are known to have existed." but it is believed that there are 3 -- one in the National Postal Museum, plus a full sheet was sold at auction in 2009 but that had selvage faults affecting the imprint block, plus the sheet from which this block was taken. This means that this margin block one of only two, and the only sound one, in private hands..
