Starts with the 1850 first issue mainly used but quickly turning all mint after 1890 including (All Scott numbers) all mint, 70-85 ($287.), 110a-127 ($267.), 128-144 ($472.), 145-199 ($313.), 303-379 ($455.), 380 ($725.), 390-431 ($413.), 500-515 Blocks of four. After 1945 there are many singles + sets in blocks of four. 271   imageBrazil, 19th Century High Quality Extensive Used Collection, 1843-1898, Certainly, one of the finest 19th century collections of Brazil that we have had the pleasure to offer and it contains a plethora of four margined first issues including multiples followed by the 1866-1898 perforated stamps in mainly exceptional condition, all neatly mounted on quadrille pages. It begins with eight singles and a pair of the 1843 30 Reis issue with all four margins, next is eighteen copies of the 60 reis including a pair all with four margins and then three lovely copies of the 90 Reis issue. The 1844-1846 issue is complete and contains additional copies including a block of four of the 10 Reis plus two pairs, three pairs of the 30 Reis and a pair of the 60 Reis plus a huge margined single of the 60 reis. The 1850 issue is present complete and with numerous multiples including blocks, strips and pairs with a magnificent, margined strip of four of he 30 Reis. The 1854 issue contains a full margined strip of three of the 30 Reis blue, next is the 1861 issue with five beautiful singles of the 280 Reis in red and eight copies of the 430 Reis in yellow. Additional issues include 1866, 1876-1877 Rouletted, 1878 perforated, 1878-1879 Rouletted includes a set plus extras such as five more 700 Reis values and last a showing of the 1898 surcharged and rouletted issue. Condition is exceptional with few faults, and all are fresh and centered, a great lot to sell individual items from or to add to an advanced collection of Brazil.
