booklet pane, the part to the left of the foldover is stuck to the booklet's inside front cover and the part to the right of the foldover) is stuck to the interleaving, Very Fine. Normal second pane stuck to interleaving and back cover accompany; the
Scott catalog listing notes these are caused by "foldover (two pairs recorded in two full panes) or miscut (three pairs from pane)", a very rare error with only 5 recorded examples, with 1983 P.F. certificate noting a small tear at
bottom of foldover clear of error pair.
