344 S J2S, J5S-J7S imagePostage Due, 1892, 10c, 30c, 40c & 60c Postage Dues, overprinted "Specimen" (Scott J2S, J5S-J7S), handstamped diagonally in serifed capitals, each on a small piece of a record book from an unidentified U.P.U. postal authority, nice margins; typical toning, Fine to Very Fine. A unique group, each with a 2016 Raybaudi Tillard certificate.

345 nhbl J3 imagePostage Due, 1892, 15c black (Scott J3), a bright, fresh block of 20 with five different overprint varieties: in position 2 the "ST-P" is closely spaced (4mm instead of the normal 5.5mm), position 6 reads "- Mon" , position 11 is missing the dash between "M" & "on", position 14 is missing the dash between "ST" & "PIERRE", and position 19 has the "M-on" closely spaced (5mm instead of 7mm); wide margins all around, o.g., never hinged each variety has a light blue pencil "X" on the back, Extremely Fine. A marvelous showpiece., with a 2016 Tillard certificate not noting any of the varieties.

A difficult assemblage.
