1911   imageBalance of the 1893 Provisional Government Overprints, Well over 300 stamps on seven two-sided stocksheets; includes a few stage III double overprints like 59f (used), 61f (unused), and 72f (unused, stained) and missing periods after "Govt": 53b, 56b, 64b, 65b & 71b (2); other better items include two unused #69, a #72 mint block of 4, a block of 17 #61 stuck to a black card, as well as a plethora of D'Assis-listed broken/missing letters. As for condition, the are a few of the "normal" flaws scattered throughout, but, unfortunately, a large percentage, especially of the unused stamps, show signs of water damage, such as glazed, stained or missing gum; that said, there are still plenty of undamaged stamps and many that could be cleaned up. This could be a real treasure trove.
