quadrille pages painstakingly arranged by type of cancel. Begins with a 1791 example of an embossed "V.O.C." from the Dutch East India Company, a stampless cover from probably the early 19th century, and a pair of #1 including one on piece, both with
"franco" cancellations. Numeral cancels are presented from 1869-93 on the King William III issue from #1 (Weltevreden) to #120 (Toeren) followed by circular cancels arranged alphabetically from Ambarawa to Wonosobo. In addition, straight-line
