719   imageGovernment "P" Perfin Collection, begins with Scott Nos. 37/135 and C5/C20, displaying the stamp with the "P" perfin upright and rotated 90, 180 and 270 degrees, and there are some "split P's" where parts of the perfin are on opposite sides, vast majority are used, better are mint including No. 39 og blocks of four and nine and an og bottom left corner single with perfin in stamp and bottom selvage, No. 40 (two og blocks of four), No. 46 used, No. 48 og, Nos. 74 & 75 & 84 og blocks of four, also includes two US 2c Washington (Scott No. 332 or 375) with "RPR" perfin -- there were two perfins used by the company -- a "P" for stamps used in the Canal Zone and a "RPR" for the New York City office -- in mounts on exhibit style pages, also includes two sporadically filled stockbooks of sorted duplicates, there are approximately 275 stamps in the mounted collection and about 700 stamps in the two stockbooks, few faults as always, generally Fine to Very Fine, Nos. 71, 74 and 75 og with 1986 A.P.S. certificates.
