The occasional used but otherwise all mint. Well-organized and well-stocked overall with healthy quantities of even the better items, such as a half-dozen #38's including both printings and over 80 personalized sheets. Another mint sheet folder with full sheets, and boxes containing hundreds of pieces of postal stationery for each office, and many hundreds more of first day covers.
