41   image"Real Gems" Small But Potent Classic Collection, 1851-1938, Let me start off by saying, we are going to show you every page of this collection, because despite being sparsely filled, the stamps which are here are of exceptional quality, beautifully centered, rich in color, and nicely cancelled. Housed in a hingeless SAFE album, a used collection until 1888 with such premium items as #7, 9 (with PF cert), 12, 17, 20 & 22 (with PSE certs), 25, 68-70, 68a, 75-76, 96, 113, 120, 218. In addition, some bonus mint on stockcards, like 63, E10-11, J23, J49, RW5, etc, mostly Very Fine or better. Shipping charges apply - weight 3 lbs. (PDF for this Lot) (Image)

44   imageA Very Old-Time Collection & Stock, Mint & Used, 1857-1949. An interesting holding of six stockbooks or collections most packed with stamps. The collection contains better mint Commemoratives starting with Columbians and trans-Mississippi lower values, complete Pan American and much more plus regular issue mainly used and we note 524 and 547, A collection of pre-cancels unpicked for the better items, Parcel Post set mixed mint + used plus more back of the Book. Real value is in the multiple packed stockbooks with quantities of mid-range issues which is used with both regular issues and commemoratives often with dozens of each stamp, so the catalogue value builds up very quickly. Worth a look to ascertain how much value is here. As always with the old-time lots condition is a bit mixed but most is Fine to Very Fine. Shipping charges apply - weight 24 lbs.
