Volume 7 is a Scott album probably purchased as a collection with pockets of value such as Offices in Canton 14 mint $250., however the other albums are the main value in this exceptional collection. The condition is mainly Fine to Very Fine and as always in collection of this size and scope there are occasional faults on the listed stamps.
