Reunification along with the various imperforate stamps and deluxe proofs which are always so popular. Starting with the early post war provisional issues after Ho Chi Minh declared independence following the Japanese retreat from Vietnam, containing
complete Viet Minh (North Viet Nam Democratic Republic) provisional issues, including: 1L14, 1L27-29, 1L32-33, until the 1954 battle of Dien Bien Phu which resulted in ceasefire and subsequent dissolution of French Indo China into North Viet Nam,
South Viet Nam, Cambodia and Laos, leading to the International Commission in Viet Nam overprints on stamps of India issued in 1954-1968 (Viet Nam complete and found under the military stamps of India). After the partition, the collection focuses on
the southern government led by President Ngo Dinh Diem (former alumni of Ho Chi Minh and Giap at College Quoc Hoc in Hue) and appears complete from 1951 until reunification of the North and South in 1975. South Viet Nam section Includes 1955 Refugee
set, 1968 Butterfly postage due set, complete military issues, including interesting M1 proof block of 10 without brown lettering and also contains 218 deluxe proofs (starting around 1958 until 1975) along with various imperforate and/or trial color
