2719   imageSweden, "How Swede It Is!" Outstanding Mostly Mint Collection, 1855-1980s, Four hingeless Lighthouse albums, but we really only need to concentrate on one. The classics here are indeed outstanding, from the sex skilling Coat of Arms with certificate to the two rarely seen from the Gustav V issue, the 55 & 80 öre, both essentially mint never-hinged as they are only hinged on selvage and both signed Wennberg. Other fantastic items too, like used #2, 4 (with certificate), 7, 26-27, LX1, and mint 1p, 6, 12, 14 (no gum), 16, 31, 36, 40-46, 48, 52-63, 66, 67-73, 94, 197-211, 213-27, 229, B11, B12-21, J1-4, J9-10, O23, etc. Pages are up to 1994 but pickings are slim and mostly used after 1973. But as mentioned, it's the first volume we're after and a Swedish classic collection such as this is hard to top! overall Fine to Very Fine, additional images available online. Shipping charges apply - weight 20.4 lbs. (PDF for this Lot) (Video for this lot) (Image)

2720   imageSweden, Breathtaking Highly Specialized Booklet Collection, 1936-2002, Sweden, long since famous for its booklet production, is also an area ripe for specialization not only for the usual differences in booklet design both inside and out, and the various configurations of stamps, but also the various register markings, control & cylinder numbers and other differentiating factors. There are about 2,000 booklets in total, and except for one counter book of used, entirely mint and almost all identified by Facit number. The centerpiece is a small 6-drawer wooden card catalog which would not look out of place in the Kungliga Biblioteket! Many better booklets throughout, such as Facit #H31, H58B, H59, H63 (type I), HA1 (both R & O), etc. Also numerous Provhäften (test booklets) from the 1960-90s, three binders with approximately 300 Automathäften (slot-machine booklets) and a counter book of oversized booklets. Not often we see a booklet collection with this much depth and you can view part of it by following the link, Fine to Very Fine. Shipping charges apply - weight 59 lbs. 2721   imageSweden, "Härlig" 95% Used Collection, 1855-2016, In four pristine hingeless Lighthouse albums, an absolutely scrumptious smörgåsbord up for grabs here, from a long list of valuable classics to hard-to-obtain used booklet pairs and complete booklets. Get ready to be blown away from the very first page with two Stockholm locals and a more-or-less complete set of the first issue, albeit two stamps being reprints (#1p & 5q) but valuable nevertheless. Better used include #LX1-2, 2-4, 6-12, 13-16, 17-27, 28-38, 40-49, 197-212, 213-28, B11, B12-21, J8-11, J16-22, O1-11 and many more. And let me reiterate how difficult it would be to complete a collection of used booklet pairs. Many have died trying and Scott doesn't even list them, but they're here in droves and could feasibly be completed by this collection's successor. With the exception of some minor varieties, mostly Scott-unlisted, it's nearly complete up until 1994. As a bonus, an additional Lighthouse binder with complete panes, some on cover. Condition varies a bit, but on the whole Fine to Very Fine, many images available online. Shipping charges apply - weight 32 lbs. (PDF for this Lot) (Image)

2722   imageSweden, "Counter Offer" All-Mint Dealer Stock in Counter Books, 1872-1997, 23 counter books in all packed with some nice classics and abundant quantities on through to the modern era; each page is identified by Facit number and this includes varieties you won't find in Scott, like inverted watermarks and color variants. As you would expect, bountiful booklet stamps in pairs and full panes, as well as coil strips with number on back. By Scott number, here are some of the premium items you will encounter: #17, 32, 35 (partial gum), 44, 61, 89, 160-61, 194-96, 197-211, J3, J6, J22, O16, and a gorgeous NH corner margin copy of B11. 2723   imageSweden, Magnificent Mostly Used Stock, 1872-2008, In 15 file boxes, tens of thousands of stamps and extremely well organized with all identified by Facit number; the owner has indexing throughout these files by catalogue numbers and further labeled individual glassines with the specific Facit number according to subvariety. Without a doubt, better items to be found including a section on Railway Mail with catalogue numbers referring to the Facit Postal catalogue. The final box has some random material and I couldn't help noticing a mint block of four of Scott #O4 along with three coil rolls. You'll certainly need the Facit catalogue for this lot, and if you would like to visit and view this lot in person, we have one you can borrow! Extremely high catalogue value, and overall Fine to Very Fine, a quick skim through some of the files is viewable online. Shipping charges apply - weight 38 lbs. Nine binders, three for unused and six for used housing a total of around 640 pieces.
