Chile, "Red Hot Chili" Mint & Used Collection, 1854-1976, A hingeless Yvert & Tellier album, where the country of Chile is
indeed spelled "Chili"! Extremely well-filled and mostly used early on, but then virtually all mint from the 1930s onward. Some nice classics, like mint #96, 254a-y, 255a-y, C124, but some of the highest catalogue value is found in items only
footnoted in Scott, such as souvenir sheets from the 1950s, like the 400th Anniversary of Osorno, the Centenary of the Savings Bank for Public Employees, the 25th Anniversary of the Federico Santa Maria Technical University, and others, some in
duplication. Also, other items not even mentioned in Scott but footnoted in Michel, for example, the many souvenir cards issued during the 1970s. You can view this collection in its entirety online, overall Fine to Very Fine. Shipping charges apply
