"Hard Paper" Special Printing (Scott 171), without gum as issued, exuberant rich color; perfs scissors-separated as usual but intact on all but one side, small barely noticeable natural inclusion speck at left (translucent), small thin spots, which are not mentioned on 1950 PF Certificate but are mentioned on PF Certificate 213862 which no longer accompanies, Very Fine appearance, Siegel Census 171-UNC-52, with 1950 P.F. certificate.
