22 O   image1850, 10k carmine Coat-of-Arms (no pearls) on letter paper, docketing dateline of 1851, the indicia on "back", cancelled by illegible low box, a second on front of Wiborg 1 May 1851, addressed to St. Petersburg; complete, fully detailed strike, the paper apparently reduced prior to mailing from its original 268 x 430 mm size; correspondence inside complete, Very Fine, Norma #Nd 10.

23 cover 1 image1856-58, 5k blue Coat-of-Arms (small pearls) (Scott 1), square-cut single use on outer folded letter sheet, the stamp cancelled both manuscript and Helsingfors 21 May 1858 postmark, addressed in Swedish to District Chief A.A. Palmfelt in Tavastehus; docketed "66" at top right; the stamp as pretty as they come with well-balanced full margins, the cover with insignificant edge wear or toning, Very Fine, a showpiece.

St. Petersburg onward cancel and 11 March Copenhagen receiver; datelined inside flap "Christinestad 1 Jan."; stamp with damaged teeth as nearly always; two vertical lines are not creases (most likely due to original contents) as the stamp is undamaged, Fine to Very Fine+, a pretty cover.

27 cover 10 image1866-67, 40pen carmine on rose Coat-of-Arms, roulette 3 (Scott 10), exceptional horizontal pair (both Facit Type I) with all but two bottom teeth intact, tied on folded letter sheet to London by one of two strikes of "Borga/3/4/1872" postmarks and by red crayoned accounting mark; docketed "4" at upper right with sender's handstamp in blue below; endorsed "Via St Petersburg", the front additionally showing a third Borga postmark, boxed "FR.KO." handstamp, black double-ring St. Petersburg transit of 24 Mar. 1872, red "PD" and matching London "PAID" receiver of 8 April; no markings on reverse; horizontal file crease well away from the stamps, Fine to Very Fine, a cover with great eye-appeal.
