full pane that was bound into booklets) of Dunlap & Clarke Postal Notes, imprinted New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and dated June 30, 1894, the last day of use—and of the Postal Note program; each for the grand sum of 2¢ (with a 3¢ fee!);
properly datestamped on reverse with New Bethlehem M.O.B. issuing office cancel; clean and uncreased, though perforation separations at left and right, Very Fine and extremely rare, ex Lippman, a once-in-a-lifetime chance to add a Postal Note rarity
