A wonderful holding including 6 full tubs of about 500 covers each in most, plus a 7th tub and a box with 3 counter books of covers plus pages from a collection of Great Britain 19th & 20th Century including stamps, a set of 96-107 used with a Scott value of $1,682. The inventory of covers was accumulated by a knowledgeable collector/dealer and rarely exposed so much is fresh to the market. We only had time to calculate the retail on one tub of the Great Britain and it totaled in excess of $20,000 for 500 covers. The Worldwide section is significant and housed in 4 tubs plus more. The G.B. collection contains an interesting collection of 19th century covers and it is worth reviewing. There are approximately 3000 covers in total. It runs from almost anything including World War I prison of war covers, stampless from different countries, Palestine, registered, censored, dozens of countries in the vast worldwide section. Most are prices and sleeved for protection. Many better priced items over $75. - $150. and much is in the $20.-$40. Range.
