349 nh 490, 492-497 image1916-22, Washington-Franklin horizontal rotary press coils, unwatermarked, 1¢ to 10¢ complete (Scott 490, 492-497), pairs, less the elusive 2¢ type II, o.g., never hinged, all Post Office fresh and chosen with an eye for quality; brightly colored and clearly printed with centering superior to most such sets; thin natural gum skip line on each, Very Fine or better, #495 and 497 each with 2013 P.S.E. certificate graded XF 90.
