631 nh 539 image1919, 2¢ carmine rose, type II, rotary press coil waste, perf 11 x 10 (Scott 539), o.g., never hinged, with lustrous color and crisp impression, clear-margined all around on fresh paper, Very Fine, a Top of the Pop, PSE's Population Report noting just one stamp at this grade, with none higher in any condition, with 1962 (for block of four, this position 3) plus 2008 and 2021 (for single) P.F. certificates, the last graded VF 80.
