606 og 491 image1916, 2¢ carmine, type II, unwatermarked, horizontal rotary press coil (Scott 491), pair, o.g., very lightly hinged, flawlessly printed in luminous color and crisp lines, near-perfectly centered on fresh paper, Extremely Fine, a superior and sound pair, just four pairs grade thus in PSE's Population Report, with three 95s higher, with 1973 P.F., 2008 P.S.E. and 2021 P.F. certificates, the latter two graded XF 90.
