591 O 423A image1914, 1¢ green, S.L. watermark, perf 12 x 10 (Scott 423A), one of just 53 known used examples, this far superior to the rest, cleanly printed on immaculate paper, the Chicago precancel inverted as usually, Very Fine, when only the best will do, a Solo Top of the Pop, the only stamps recorded in PSE's Population Report being two used 70s, with 1972 and 1989 P.F. certificates as #424a, plus 2018 P.S.E. and 2021 P.F. certificates as #423A, the last graded VF 80.
