445 O 134 var. image1870, 1¢ ultramarine, split H. grill and Double Impression, N.B.N.C. printing (Scott 134 var.), a splendid twofer, the grill split laterally at bottom, the double impression most clearly visible there as well; nice color and face-free cancel; normal included for comparison; couple small faults at top, Fine to Very Fine, the Double Impression is unlisted, this will become the listing example, the only example we have encountered, a must for the complete US collector or the Banknote Specialist, with 1972 P.F. and 2021 P.S.A.G. certificates.
