1901, 4¢ Pan-American, center inverted, with removed "Specimen" overprint (Scott 296aSE), regummed, with warm colors and
sharp details on clean paper, Fine, very rare. The sheet was discovered stuck down to cardboard, resulting in most known examples with thins, creases or no gum, with 2019 P.S.E. certificate.
