The Prexies by Rustad (pp. 94-95), plate number 21868 was sent to press on Oct. 27, 1938, and cancelled Apr. 10, 1939, with only 7,895 impressions made. Rustad writes, "All four pane positions are known for these three plates [#21834, 21864 and 21868], but it was not until long after the cancellation of the plates that they were all found.… Plate blocks from these three plates are all true rarities."
