The Panama-Pacific small die proofs, consisted of a special printing of 413 different proofs made exclusively for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition, discernable from "P2" Roosevelt proofs by the softer yellowish wove paper and somewhat larger margins of 2½ to 3mm
