324 13 var. imageFrance, Military Airmail, 1943, Battleship Richelieu, 75c Senegal, overprint reading downwards (Maury 13 var.), used in combination with three Algeria stamps (Scott 145-46 & Yvert-Tellier Telegraph Stamp 2), each tied on registered censored cover by the ship's hexagonal datestamp "BATIMENT DE LIGNE/ RICHELIEU/ 24-10/ 43", which is repeated on reverse, adjacent ship's censor's cachet in violet, and the "O.A.T." oval handstamp in red, addressed to New York City with multiple receiving postmarks, Very Fine, a very rare cover, being one of very few known commercial usages, which were actually delivered by the United States post office, 2006 Sismondo certificate.
