1918, British Anti-German Propaganda Labels tied on cover, two of three tied by Frodsham 24 AP (19)24 circular datestamp on
back of registered cover franked with 1p and 1½p 1924 Exhibition stamps tied by same cancels to Lebanon PA, three purple handstamps and "Warrington 24 AP 24" circular datestamp at bottom, Lebanon May 3 receiving cancels also ties one of the
labels, Very Fine and rare use of the labels tied on a cover to the US.
The labels were printed in se-tenant blocks of four by Winox Co. of Richmond Surrey in December 1918 as reminders of 4 German crimes including the murder of Edith
Cavell, the massacre of the Belgian civilian population, the sinking of the Lusitania and the bombing by Zeppelins of England.
