May 12" circular datestamp with full second strike at top left on folded letter sheet to Frankfort KY, small flaws on face, Fine, Kanawaha C.H. Va is in West Virginia. One of two 10c uses from this town listed in the Alexander book (p. 790) noting this as an 1851 use and noting that the town received only 600 10c stamps. A google search for the Rev. S. Robinson proved he was a pastor in Frankfort 1846-1854. (Image)
