It is Scott #8, but as unusual as it is to find blocks of this size for this issue, the 40k has tête-bêche configurations. In each block, there is a possibility for six vertical pairs and three horizontal pairs; that's a total of 72 for this lot and a total catalogue value of over $3,600! generally Fine to Very Fine.
