US & Worldwide Coins & Banknotes - December 22, 2025

Celebrating 140 Years

Session 1: United States and Worldwide Banknotes starts off with group lots and selections of graded and raw Colonial and Continental Currency, graded Fractional Currency and an assortment of Obsolete Bank Notes, plus Large Size Legal Tender Notes featuring a Fr. 121m Mule 1901 $10 Note graded PMG 35 and National Bank Notes with some high grades. A nice selection of Silver Certificates follows with a few extremely rare high-grade notes—including a Fr. 270 1896 $5 Silver Certificate PMG 58 EPQ—that are a must-have for any currency collection. Gold Certificates and Federal Reserve Notes contain a plethora of seldom seen PMG and PCGS Graded Error Notes, including a major highlight: the coveted $1000 Federal Reserve Note Chicago graded PMG 35. The session concludes with a collection of Confederate Bonds being offered as individual lots, Worldwide Banknote group collections, and some Graded Republic of Ireland currency.

Session 2: United States and Worldwide Coins kicks off with US Groups and Collections followed by lots organized by denominations from Cents to Peace Dollars. Highlights include 1857-O 25C Seated Liberty Quarter NGC MS65, 1888 25C Seated Liberty Quarter NGC MS68, 1887 Seated Liberty Half Dollar NGC MS67, and 1890 Seated Liberty Half Dollar PCGS PR67 CAM CAC. An item being offered for the first time in decades is a 1795 $1 Flowing Hair 3 Leaves Silver Dollar once owned by Dr. Jerry Buss, former owner of the Los Angeles Lakers. Additional offerings include Gold Coins, Medals, Tokens, a great selection of over 60 Graded Platinum and Gold Coins, followed by groups of Graded and OGP American Silver Eagles, Graded Ancient Gold Coins and Collections of Worldwide coins that invite in-person viewing. The sale ends with Worldwide Bullion Gold and Silver Coins and Commemorative Medals.
