Daniel F. Kelleher Auctions, LLC Sale - 829

William Kinney "Everest" Canada - December 11, 2025

Celebrating 140 Years

A true quality collector, William Kinney formed a massive holding of everything Canadian with well over 3000 stamps, multiples, plate blocks, mint sheets and more, including extensive imperforate pairs and multiples, each with a certificate and most graded.

We present here a selection of his Canada collection, built with an eye towards quality (and which will be offered over several coming sales); his crème de la crème of high grade 98, 98J, 100 and 100Js were presented in our Aristocrat’s sale on November 20.

One of the most prestigious insurance brokers in the industry, Bill would use our great hobby to relax, enjoying spending untold hours seeking out the very best. The thrill of the hunt runs deep in his veins and is shown throughout his collection. We are both honored and excited to bring this property to market and trust that you will enjoy viewing it (and bidding) as much as we did compiling it.
