well-centred, a little light gum aging, small hinge mark, Cat $125+ for normal. This flaw is listed under Third Watermark printings, but not for Small Multiple Watermark. The ACSC states that Ash overhauled the plates late in Third Watermark
printings "and removed most plate flaws", but this one continued into Small Multiple Watermark printings. See also Lot 1160 above.
