Empire surface letter rate and forwarded by air under the Empire Air Mail Scheme, carried by the Imperial Airways Flying Boat 'Centurion' which crashed upon landing in the Hooghly River at Calcutta and largely very fine 'SALVAGED MAIL/EX CENTURIA'
