Wernicke' cachet on the back flap endorsed "Herberthöh", to Germany with 'Deutsch/Neu-Guinea' Overprints 10pf red x2 plus Germany Mitläufer 20pf blue all tied by three fine to very fine strikes of 'HERBERTSHOH/9 3/98' cds, 'HERFORD/23.4.98' arrival backstamp, some edge faults including a couple of closed tears and a vertical fold clear of the adhesives & markings. The rate was 20pf up to 20g UPU letter; apparently the item weighed over 20g so the Mitläufer was added. (Image1) (Image2)
