Proof Page 1966 from the contractor's records with four strikes of a Japanese-pattern cds plus three proof impressions of each of
six 24mm experimental cds derived from the Japanese pattern for Carlton, Fitzroy, Hampton, Malvern, Mentone & Preston, plus usage of the 'PRESTON' cds on a commercial registered cover, and 1966 registered cover with a 25mm US- or Canadian-pattern
