a better strike alongside, Swiss Postage Dues 5c & 10c tied by very fine 'DIEPOLDSAU/14.IX.10' cds, blemishes on the view-side. Diepoldsau is in the far NE of Switzerland, on the border with Austria. During WWII, it was a key crossing point for Jews

cds, the reverse with Spanish-pattern 'VALORES DECLARADOS/24MAY11/TANGER' & similar '.../ALGECIRAS' cds of the same date and very fine 'WILMERSDORF/29.5.11/...' arrival cds, the linen lining removed & the cover professionally cleaned with only minor

"Miramare/Palazzo Imperiale Reale" ( = Miramare Imperial & Royal Palace) with light but clear Austrian-pattern 'HOFPOSTAMT MIRAMAR/10/9/11' arrival backstamp, minor creasing from the bulky contents. Miramare Palace, situated 14km SE of Trieste, was
