LADO ENCLAVE: Selection of Belgian Congo Pictorials x10 to 50c x4 with 1906-07 "Lado" manuscript cancellations in various styles in
black or red all but one also with Khartoum retta, plus 5c & 10c x2 stated to be from a 1908 cover each with small eliptical cancels at the corners indicating the stamps were invalid. A dispute late in 1907 resulted in mail from the Congo being taxed
as unpaid. This effectively ended the practice of Belgians sending mail through Sudan.
