2s 3d' (without 'COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA') green/pale green cover ACSC B33, staple amazingly with no rust, wax interleaving between stamps & inside back cover, neat annotations on front cover "Cowra NSW 30/4/27" [place & date of purchase] and stamp
plating, Cat $5000+ for the booklet without varieties. The stamps have been plated as Pos 2L1-3/7-9/13-15/19-21 & 2L4-6/10-12 including Vertical Scratch Through Left Wattles 2L19. The ACSC (2020) states at page 11/31 (footnote 2) that "this booklet
