 3d olive Die II Plate 1 'CA' Monogram single ACSC 13(1)za, two light overlapping strikes of Boulder (WA) '20OC16' cds, quite well
centred, a few uneven perfs at top, Cat $2250 for mounted mint. The item is from the upper plate, and so the marginal line has been cut to allow for insertion of the monogram. A rare item, all the more so for being commercially used.
