the Top on V Over Crown Watermark 1/6d (½d poundage), small 16x5mm hole and corner missing at U/L where apparently roughly removed from another document, minor folds. Unrecorded by Dave Elsmore, who lists only a 10/- with 'CANCELLED' h/s (Cat $500)
described as a "possible proof".
