Of over 1,180 stamps with a Scott catalog value of over $14,800, plus quantities of unoverprinted mint (not counted) organized in three volumes mainly by district, most of which are represented, great many stamps of which only 100-200 (or fewer) were issued, 25c and higher denominations are figured as unused with a few exceptions that are clearly postally used (including three 85c, 50c yellow and a faulty but impressive 100c orange), some scarce stamps are worth major premiums; some duplication to be expected, F.-V.F. overall.
