stamp with light crease at top (basically a wrinkle near the edge), Very Fine, a beautiful tied example of the rare "W. H. Law" Metropolitan Post Office stamp, of which only seven covers are recorded., ex Schenck, Hall; with 2001 P.F. certificate.
