Entire addressed to Mexico, canceled with "Veracruz, Feb 9. 93" cds, a second strike at left, couple small tears around indicia window and light toning on edge at left, accompanied by a second unused example with small faults, overall Very Fine, a scarce duo. Higgins and Gage No. 38a.

These were printed as a special order containing a printed flyer with many advertisements and an embossed image of the 10c. The envelope has a cut die cut oval window revealing the indicia. The user would only pay 5c and the remaining 5c would be subsidized by the advertisers.Complete images:
