On legal size registered missionary cover front to Boston, Mass., all tied by "Foochow, 3 Apr, 01" cds's and "R" registry handstamp, in combination with Japanese Offices in China 1900, 10s deep blue + 20s red orange, two horizontal pairs (13, 15) tied by "Shanghai, I.J.P.O., Apr 13, 01" date stamps, registry etiquette with manuscript "Shanghai" and violet "Received in Bad Condition, San Francisco, Cal." handstamp; couple stamp flaws and front tears, F.-V.F. appearance, a very scarce China - Japanese Office in China combination, with 2025 R.P.S.L. certificate.
