A wonderful 8-Frame Exhibit Collection of over 130 covers and cards with an additional accumulation of around 200 others on or off pages; Estonia - Postal Rates 1918-1941 intact exhibit starts with a rare local overprinted 10k "Eesti Rakwere" postal card forerunner (signed Nemvalz) followed by a first issue on Russian card as well as two printed paste on postcards used at Tallinn (Russian device), 1st issue letter rates including registered to Germany and inland registered from Tartu (signed Becker), Second currency period rate section including scarce solo 1919 5p Gull issue correct rate, foreign printed matter, postcard rates and letter rate including rare 1919 Russian overprint issue 10-color franking with scarce 50k & 1r imperf. (Milkulski cert), and 7-color franking on local registered tied by Tapa straight line handstamps, 1m Viking Ship issue first day usage on 4-color franking registered cover (Sismondo cert.), rare 1920 first airmail Tallinn to Finland, other airmail and censor covers, Third currency change period including semi-postal used on post card one day before release, post card to Guatemala and other unusual destinations, scarce 1921 Parnu field post office free frank usage, letter rates including registered to Argentina, 1921 semi-postal on regular. FDC, #C3 FDC postcard airmail use to England, #C5 FDC use on regular. cover to U.S., #C2/C3 combination usage, #C2C4 combination usage, and a whole host of later 1920's usages on including better airmail issues on cover including the rare #C8 with C4, 1929 local regular. with cash on delivery label use, 1932 use to Ethiopia, 1930's Zeppelin usages, 1939 allover illustrated covers, etc.; additional material much which was pulled in and out of the exhibit including scarce Dorpat forerunner cards, censor mail and much, much more; a wonderful assembly of Estonia postal history and an excellent foundation for continuation, inspection a must.
