An extraordinary block of 22 (11x2) from plate 4, lettered KA-KK/LA-LK; large margins all around except just touching at three spots along the bottom; each stamp canceled with a Beverley (Yorkshire) "67" barred numeral; small faults; but exceptionally fresh with wonderful color and appearance, Very Fine and rare. Great Britain, 1854, Queen Victoria (embossed), 6d dull lilac. Original gum with showing strong greenish tinge which is distinctive to this stamp, small h.r., vibrant fresh color and bold embossing, nice margins for this difficult issue, Very Fine, with 1978 R.P.S.L. certificate. SG No. 59.

A LOVELY EXAMPLE OF THIS MINT 1854 6D QUEEN VICTORIA EMBOSSED ISSUE.
